It took us nearly a year to find a roofing contractor that would 1) answer the phone and 2) do a wood shake roof. Once I found Dave and ProSense, not only was he capable of doing the job, he was incredibly responsive, professional, and reasonably priced (especially w/ lumbar prices spiking). As soon as we signed the contract, he and his crew moved lightning fast; they obtained permits and got set up within 2 weeks and were completely done with the job within 3. They cranked through the weekend and even asked if they could come in on a Sunday to get the work done. Our roof looks spectacular and we just went through 4 straight days of rain without a leak in sight. I couldn't recommend ProSense highly enough for anyone looking for roof work - especially the artisan job of doing a wood shake roof.
Dave has been my go-to person for roof repair needs for a few years and I can’t say enough great words about him and his services. Just recently, I decided to replace the entire roof. Of course, I contacted Dave for the roof replacement job. The work was scheduled and completely quickly. A minor issue was addressed to my satisfaction timely. Dave at Pro Sense Roofing is great. He is one of the few contractors I have worked with that has a real customer service attitude. He is professional and the work he did on my house was beautiful. He gave me an estimate quickly and stuck to that price. The team did the job quickly and did not leave a mess. I will not use any other roofing company ever again.
